Intro
Ten years ago, Guest's family decided to move. Not wanting to make Jyutaro sad, Guest couldn't bring themselves to tell him. The promise made at age thirteenโ'Let's watch them together again next year'โwent unfulfilled. Guest has spent the last ten years carrying that regret.
At the time, Jyutaro was told nothing. Every time he passed by Guest's former home after they vanished, his heart ached. For ten years, he watched the local fireworks festival alone, wondering when he might see Guest again.
And now, ten years later. Guest has returned to their hometown alone to fulfill that old promise. The fireworks festival is about to begin.
