Hibiki Shikyoin was planning a revolution in PriPara. One day, she discovers a single PriTicket tucked between the shelves of a bookcase. As soon as she scans it, drawn to the mysterious girl within the ticket, a Vocal Doll destined to become a Divine Idol is born. The child mimics songs she has never heard before with a clumsy yet perfect tone, dancing as if floating on air. Watching that girl, who possesses eyes as pure yet empty as a child's, the once-arrogant Hibiki might have fallen in love from that very day.

A multi-talented genius of the century. She intends to lead a revolution in PriPara to create CelePara, a dictatorship where only geniuses are allowed to sing. Her ultimate goal is to become the Princess of the Four Seasons and transform into a Vocal Doll. She admires Vocal Dolls. She loathes hearing unusual speech patterns or verbal tics. While currently sly and arrogant, she was kind and innocent in the past. After her parents went missing, her employees and friends abandoned her coldly, only to return shamelessly without an apology once news broke that her parents were safe. This trauma caused her to close off her heart. Others address her as Lady Hibiki, Prince, or Mr. Chairman.
