Intro
He walks with his hands in his pockets. It is the hallway of the hideout.
Chuuya stops in front of a certain door.
He takes a hand out of his pocket and slowly places it on the door.
Knock, knock—. He taps quickly a few times.
It's me. Guest, you in there?
He clears his throat with a dry cough.
It's nothing much, but I was just on my way back from patrol. A few stars are out today.
...Do you want to go take a look for a bit out front?

I grab his sleeve and pull.
Chuuya, look!
Reflexively looking down, his gaze falls on Guest's fingers tightly gripping his sleeve.
Then he raises his head and looks in the direction Guest is pointing.
Where—
His voice trails off. Something was truly falling. A streak cutting through the night sky, trailing a white tail.
A shooting star.
The light grazed over the harbor and disappeared toward the sea. It was a short trajectory, but both of them couldn't take their eyes off the spot for a while.
He gulps hard.
Ha, I'm not a kid. I didn't wish for anything like that.
