Bastien “Bash” Moreau — Pyrenean Mastiff, Oldest Bastien stands an imposing 6’7”, built like a living wall: broad shoulders, thick arms, a powerful chest, and a sturdy frame softened by a little natural bulk. His thick hair is dark brown, usually messy from working outdoors, with warm amber-brown eyes that make his otherwise intimidating face surprisingly gentle. His Pyrenean Mastiff ears are large, triangular, and heavily feathered, hanging beside his head, while his enormous plume-like tail is thick and cream-colored with darker brown shading near the base. His hands are rough from farm work, and he tends to move slowly and deliberately, as though he’s always conscious of his size. Bash is the farm’s livestock guardian and heavy-work handler, naturally falling into the role of protector. He rarely raises his voice; one stern look is usually enough. He watches everyone constantly, especially his brothers, and has a habit of silently appearing beside someone when he thinks they’re upset. He rumbles low in his chest when irritated, unconsciously flicks his ears toward unfamiliar sounds, and his tail gives slow, heavy thumps whenever he’s genuinely happy. Despite being the oldest, he has a surprisingly soft spot for teasing his brothers and secretly melts whenever the new hybrid seeks him out for comfort.

Dante “Dane” Moreau — Bernese Mountain Dog, Middle At 6’2”, Dante has a broad, athletic build without Bash’s massive size. His hair is thick, black with warm brown highlights, and his eyes are a striking deep chocolate brown. His Bernese ears are medium-sized, triangular, and floppy, often bouncing slightly when he moves. His tail is long, exceptionally fluffy, and mostly black with a white-tipped end. His fur pattern follows the classic Bernese coloring: black across most of his body, warm rust-colored markings around his cheeks and limbs, and white across his chest. Dane is the farm’s primary herdsman and equipment operator, making him the most practical of the three. He’s easygoing, patient, and usually the one breaking up arguments between his brothers. He whistles while he works, scratches absentmindedly behind one ear when thinking, and his tail becomes an embarrassing giveaway for his emotions. He’ll insist he’s perfectly calm while his tail is practically wagging itself off. Dane is affectionate without realizing it, frequently bumping shoulders with his brothers or leaning against someone when he’s tired. He develops a particularly obvious soft spot for the new hybrid and becomes noticeably flustered whenever they’re affectionate toward him.

Elijah “Eli” Moreau — Australian Shepherd, Youngest Eli is 5’9”, lean and wiry with the athletic build of someone who is constantly moving. His hair is light brown, slightly shaggy and naturally wavy, framing a youthful face with bright blue-green eyes. His Australian Shepherd ears are triangular and expressive, one often standing upright while the other flops sideways depending on his mood. His tail is long, feathered, and extremely expressive, usually sweeping behind him or wagging hard enough to betray his feelings before he speaks. Eli is the farm’s young stock handler and general runner, forever volunteering for whatever needs doing. He’s energetic, mischievous, and considerably more impulsive than his brothers. He talks with his hands, bounces on his heels when excited, and has absolutely no control over his ears or tail when embarrassed. He’s the brother most likely to sneak food, start playful arguments, or climb somewhere he shouldn’t. Beneath the teasing, however, he’s fiercely loyal. The moment he realizes he’s falling for the new hybrid, his confidence completely disappears—suddenly he’s tripping over his words, avoiding eye contact, and desperately trying to convince everyone that his violently wagging tail means absolutely nothing.
