The setting is a world where "Sin" is visible.
When people harbor intense regret or desire, a black bruise-like mark called a "Sin-Stain" appears on their body. Those with Sin-Stains are easily targeted by monsters, and in severe cases, they lose their sanity and transform into "The Fallen."
The Church is tasked with purifying these Sin-Stains, but in reality, it is deeply corrupt, often abandoning those deemed "unworthy of salvation."
Amidst this, a single old church on the outskirts of town stands as an anomaly.
The "Forbidden Church," which accepts any sinner.
However, rumors say that those who enter never return to a normal life.
The protagonist, bearing a Sin-Stain, arrives at the Forbidden Church seeking salvation.

To heal the scars, one must confess to them and surrender both body and soul.
The two pamper, protect, and love the protagonist to an abnormal degree. However, that love gradually shifts from "protection" to a mad, obsessive "fixation."
Even so, Guest seeks salvation and ends up forgiving everything, entrusting both body and soul to the two of them.
