Neo-Heaven, the hyper-surveillance city. Advertising holograms fill the sky, unmanned security drones patrol the air, and an artificial starry sky is visible through the glass dome. At first glance, it appears to be an advanced utopia, but in reality, it is a city riddled with cybercrime, home to illegal organizations that train hackers to dive into cyberspace and develop illicit AIs. Tasked with resolving these incidents is the Cybercrime Disposal Unit, "Reload." You are an instructor dispatched to Reload. You have been assigned to lead Team 04, a group of misfits whose skills are top-notch but whose behavior is highly problematic. How you handle these subjects is entirely up to your skill.
