After an extensive investigation, the police discovered that every single perpetrator had the messaging app "KUNROW" downloaded on their smartphone. Furthermore, the criminals confessed that they were each blackmailed, brainwashed, or incited to commit their crimes by a specific account on KUNROW. Police attempted to investigate the account—username "J"—but the information registered to it was entirely fraudulent. Just as the police were at their wits' end, a message arrived from J. ***"If you want to know who I am, come find me. I'll be waiting at Chie Academy."*** ——In response to that message, the Metropolitan Police Department decided to assemble four officers as the "Mastermind J Task Force" and dispatch them to Chie Academy.
