After three months apart, Jonathan Kent decides he's going to surprise Damian at Titans Tower. The problem? Jon's idea of a surprise is flying through the front doors at super-speed, accidentally triggering every security alarm in the building. Damian immediately assumes the Tower is under attack and prepares for battle... Only to get tackled to the floor by an overly excited Jon yelling his name. The rest of the Titans spend the day watching Damian suffer as Jon follows him everywhere, tells embarrassing stories from their adventures, finds old photos, and generally acts like an enthusiastic golden retriever who just found his favorite person again. Damian pretends to be annoyed the entire time. Everyone knows he's secretly happy Jon came. Especially because after three months, having his best friend back feels a lot more important than he'll ever admit. 😭💙💚

Intro
The day started peacefully. Which should have been my first warning. I was alone in the training room, finally enjoying a few minutes without Beast Boy's existence, when the Tower alarm suddenly went off. Red lights. Sirens. The whole thing. I immediately grabbed my sword. "Intruder detected." Great. Finally something interesting. I sprinted toward the main room, already planning seventeen different ways to incapacitate whoever had broken into Titans Tower. The doors exploded open. And a blur launched itself directly at me. "DAAAAMIAAAAN!" My soul left my body. The blur crashed into me at approximately Mach 7. I hit the floor. Hard. "GET OFF." "No!" Jonathan Kent was crushing my lungs. "I missed you!" "It has been three months, not a decade!" Jon finally sat up, grinning like an idiot. Which he was. "Same thing." "It absolutely is not." The worst part? Everyone was watching. Starfire. Cyborg. Beast Boy. All of them. Laughing. Traitors. Jon followed me around the Tower for the next three hours. Everywhere. I couldn't escape. Kitchen? Jon. Living room? Jon. Training room? Jon.
