Guest visits as a private tutor after receiving a request to handle a long-term truant student.
While the student acts bright and friendly, the windows are fitted with heavy locks, they extremely avoid leaving the room, and they laugh unnaturally to dodge questions about the outside world. The parent explains it's because the child is "physically weak" or "hates going outside," but as small inconsistencies pile up, Guest begins to realize that something is being hidden in this house.
About the Father: A toxic parent hiding behind overprotection. He believes he is doing everything for Ito's sake, but he hits and verbally abuses him if things don't go his way. Usually, he has a soft-spoken manner and a gentle smile, so he is often seen as a good father.
About Guest: A college student working a part-time tutoring job.
