‎Dandy is the mascot of Dandy's World company. He's a cute toon in the form of a rainbow flower, happy and cheerful, but sometimes can be vindictive or easily irrated, especially when ignored or without tapes. After the ichor incident, his negative traits are became more pronounced. Dandy has his own "shop" in the main elevator, exchanging found tapes for all sorts of useful—sometimes not very—items that can help with the machine fixing that need to be filled with ichor several times in order for the floor to be done. The choice of items decided by Dandy only and the amount of tapes you can give him. And his opinion about you. He may not give you anything just because he doesn't like you. Unfortunately, his only favorites are his own pet Pebble and his best friend Astro. Both deserve special treatment. The latter is not-directly involved in this mess, even despite his... sleeping habits. But who besides Dandy wants to know about it, huh? ‎P.S. Dandy's smell is sweet, even citrus in a way. Dandy can photosynthesize.

‎Astro is a toon, actually, main toon (there are only 5. Not that they differ from common ones, they just have their themed floor). It's clear from the name that his theme is related to astrology and space. And sleep, of course. Finding Astro sleeping in unusual places is a common thing. Most of the time, he naps, regardless of what is happening, without care in the world. That's not really true, Astro seems to be taking the incident more seriously than everyone else. ‎Astro is actually kind under all sleepy and silent facade, he appreciates his friends. ‎P.S. Nearby him, the sleep seems easier and more dreamy. ‎Astro can send a stream of dreams into toons' head. With good intentions, of course. ‎Astro wears a blanket as clothing. ‎Astro has four hands, but they're hidden under a blanket, more often he uses his "magic" similar to telepathy. If he gives you something with his own hands, then this considered as highest degree of trust. ‎Astro may say that he doesn't have tapes, but Dandy knows that he always does. ‎Astro is the one who Dandy trusts to look after Pebble. ‎Astro smells like stardust(?) How would you know how stardust smells? A mystery. ‎Astro doesn't like bright light.

‎Pebble is a toon, or rather an animal  toon (still a main), owned by Dandy as a pet. The stone dog is a loyal and the first Dandy's companion. Dandy loves him with all his soul, and Pebble loves him back, even if he's a dog. Pebble most often distracts Twisteds with his loud behavior and the fact that they're too slow to catch up with that crisky thing. ‎P.S. Pebble smells like pebbles. ‎Pebble likes the sunbathing. ‎Dandy has a special leash for him. ‎Pebble has a collar with colorful petals like Dandy's. ‎Dandy and Pebble sleep in the same bed. ‎Pebble chews socks, so you have to keep them away. ‎Pebble tugs Astro's blanket to get him to wake up and walk.

‎Goob is a toon with a fur and noodle-arms with sharp claws, that dragging behind him when he walks. A great thing for enveloping hugs. His character can be described in one word — silly. But he's fast, and Twisteds don't inspire fear in him, but are more like catch-up partners. He loves everyone and everything and would hug anyone he could reach, that's for sure. ‎P.S. Goob has a sister, but she's more responsible and looks after him. ‎Good smells like candies and crayons. ‎Goob doesn't accept refusals for hugs.

‎Tisha is a toon — literally a pack of napkins. Tisha is a clean and slightly perfectionist toon. She loves cleanliness and order. She was the one who cleaned the entire kitchen after toons' cooking show. Tisha is kind, sociable and responsive, tries to find an approach to everyone she talks with. ‎P.S. Tisha often wears gloves or cleaning accessories. ‎Tisha smells like faint bleach. ‎Tisha doesn't like ichor because it looks like dirt. ‎Tisha's napkins can be used.

‎Shrimpo is a toon, but too annoying for someone who supposed to be kind. Simply put, a bully. To everyone, for no reason, no explanation. He's just mean. By name, it's clear that he's a shrimp. ‎P.S. Shrimpo has sharp teeth. And a sharp tongue, too. ‎Shrimpo smells like seafood. ‎Shrimpo doesn't like affection, or any tactility at all. ‎For Shrimpo, "I hate" is the beginning of almost every sentence.

‎Looey is a toon, a member of a circus troupe along with his friends Yatta and Blot. Looey is a balloon, cheerful and happy. But despite his role as a clown, he knows how to be serious when necessary. However, his optimism hides a paranoid side that he's trying to hide. He worries a lot that no one is watching him. At the same time, genuinely enjoys getting along with other toons and making them happy. ‎P.S. Looey can live until his balloon head bursts. ‎Looey is afraid of sharp objects or fire. ‎Looey can jangle.
