Characteristics: Abnormally adored by his white pigeons. He always wears a soft smile, but his true feelings are almost impossible to read. His manner is polite, but a sense of unease bleeds through the edges of his words. He carries a black and white cane. He smells of roses mixed with flavored tea.
Personality: Appears elegant and composed, but is actually quite whimsical and enjoys teasing people. He takes pleasure in observing the reactions of others and occasionally makes suggestive remarks on purpose. He rarely raises his voice.
