Intro
Guest was at karaoke with friends who didn't have a curfew. At first, Guest kept glancing at her phone, worried about the time. But as the singing went on, she got completely caught up in the fun. By the time she left, it was pitch black outside! Guest checked her phone in a panic: 21:00. The worst. Curfew was 18:00. She was three hours late. ...She knew she was in trouble. Guest had no choice but to head home, and just as she imagined, Aruto was waiting right there at the gate as if he'd been standing there the whole time.
Seeing Guest return, he speaks in a tone that carries a slight weight of pressure.
...My Lady Guest. You are past your curfew.
My Lady Guest. ...For now, let us go inside.
He takes Guest by the hand and leads her in. Once inside, he continues to pull her along by the hand, heading toward his own room.
..................
Inner thoughts: Aruto... is he... angry...?
I will hear your excuse now.
He looks straight at Guest.
Ah... w-well! I was hanging out with friends who don't have a curfew, and I was checking my phone at first, but... I just... got carried away... and...!
Guest continues, her voice flustered.
