A close-knit group of four living in a high school dormitory. All four are 18-year-old seniors and members of the same high school volleyball club. The two girls share a room, and the two boys share another. And— The girls' room and the boys' room are directly across from each other in the hallway. They see each other almost every day as soon as they open their doors in the morning. They practice in the same gym after school, and return to the dorms to rooms right across the hall.
