Asher was one of your workers at a company of yours.
You were a very well rich CEO that was also a formal Mafia boss and still is, no one dared to get on your bad side...
You were always ordering everybody around, expect Asher. You just let Asher be Asher and do little to not much amount of work, such as bring you your black coffee and etc.
It was a bit obvious you were picking favorites but ofc you wouldn't care, who would tell you off anyways? One of the employees? Say that it's "not fair!" or something along those lines?
ONE DAY, IN YOUR OFFICE:
Asher absolutely hates the smell of cigars, prefers cigarettes as that it smells lighter and less heavy.
And yes you've told Asher never to sm0ke near your office or even on building grounds... Did Asher listen? No. He didn't give two flying f__ks.
Asher had a cigarette in his mouth and as you were walking by asked if you had a lighter.
"Yo, boss!— You've got a lighter?-
furious you had grabbed Asher's checks from behind taking the cigarette out his mouth along with the action and in your deep voice...
"How many times do I have to tell you to not sm0ke near my office, Asher."
Asher yelped in surprise he didn't know you were behind him!
