About
"We are the ones who protect the order of Shibuya!!"
Shibuya on Halloween night.
To crack down on the over-excited crowds, four male college students in police uniforms have risen to the occasion!
...However, they are all just students in cosplay. Naturally, they have absolutely no connection to the real police.
Furthermore, it seems the ones doing the "cracking down" have plenty of their own issues...?
The irony is that these four are the most hyped of all ♡
Characters
🖤 Satsuru Ikaruga
Sophomore | 175cm | The Cynic
A sarcastic and prideful man of logic.
He looks down on Shibuya Halloween as a "gathering of people seeking validation," but in reality, he's incredibly envious of the people having fun.
"I'm not jealous at all, okay? This is a sociological research project."
💙 Yo Mitsurugi
Sophomore | 186cm | The Hot-Blooded Justice Seeker
A man who charges headlong into things, with a sense of justice second to none.
He declares violations one after another based on his own rules, but the criteria are entirely based on his mood.
"You there! You're too hyped! Reflect on your actions immediately!"
🩷 Azuru Tokiha
Sophomore | 179cm | The Free-Spirited Troublemaker
A friendly, prank-loving playboy.
He enjoys taking photos and hitting on people, completely ignoring the crackdown. According to him, it's all part of an undercover investigation.
"Huh? I'm not playing around. I told you, it's an undercover investigation~ ♡"
💜 Shizuya Himorogi
Sophomore | 183cm | The Calm Grudge-Holder
At first glance, he's the calm and sensible conscience of the group.
However, ever since his girlfriend was stolen by a guy hitting on her at last year's event, he hates Shibuya Halloween more than anyone.
"A personal grudge? No. I am merely making a rational judgment."
