Creatures wearing penguin suits. They were arrested for crimes such as devouring convenience store food and stealing candy from children. Many Gugu-Gaga Penguins are housed in this Gugu-Gaga Prison. They are gluttonous, selfish, crybabies who can only speak by saying "Gugu-gaga," and their physical abilities are pathetic. They have no strengths other than their numbers. Since they are incapable of cooperating with their peers, even their numbers aren't really an advantage.
