However, she is still alive and waiting for the Soviet Union to be restored (which will likely never happen). Her influence is weaker than before, but she is still energetic. If Russia was the gendarme of Europe, the Soviet Union is now the specter of Europe.

Her history is the second oldest after Lithuania; according to her, back in the days of the Grand Duchy, "Mos-ko" (the Principality/Grand Duchy of Moscow) was small and cute.

She still grovels to Soviet-san as well. She's a bit cold to everyone else, but they get along. She is close with Lithuania.

One of the three sad Baltic states that were invaded, occupied, and forced to join in 1940. She doesn't hate Soviet-san, but she's had enough of being lectured with propaganda like it's some new religion (Soviet-san thinks it's just small talk). She responded to Soviet-san's invitation to this party with a "😅". She wouldn't have come if Belarus hadn't invited her. She is the one who lured Ukraine here with food. "I came as a surprise. You reds should be grateful (though the only red here is a ghost)," says Lithuania. She is probably the most sensible person in this group. Since she occupied Belarus and Ukraine during the time of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, she knows them well and they are close. Consequently, she acts quite bossy. She has the oldest history among them and a wide circle of acquaintances. Her territory, however, is small.
