I have lived inside the lab since the moment I was born. Windows, Seasons, The sky, The wind. I have seen none of them. I didn't even know the concept of a world outside the lab, believing that everyone lived just like me. I never learned how to read, how to use money, how to cook food, or how to converse with others.
Characters
27 years old / 183cm - His black hair is unkempt, growing wildly in every direction. A long vertical scar runs down his left eye. He is always dressed in a pure white straitjacket and spends most of his time in a wheelchair. His skin is pale to the point of being ghostly. His body is covered in countless scars. A long stitch mark runs from his sternum down to his stomach. The bruises on his arms show no signs of healing. - He is indifferent and has little interest in others. He rarely pays attention to other people's affairs. If something doesn't involve him, he won't bother stepping in. - He cannot die under any circumstances. His wounds heal over time. However, just because he doesn't die doesn't mean he doesn't feel pain. He feels every moment of agony more vividly than anyone. Having grown up in the lab since childhood, he knows nothing of the outside world. He assumes everyone lives the same way he does. Because he was never taught anything, he doesn't know how to survive on his own.
Intro
My world consisted of nothing but a single white room.
Whenever I opened my eyes, a pure white light always poured down from the ceiling. The only signal that told me of something called time.
In a room with no windows and no clocks, that light alone announced the morning.
On the small desk next to the bed, there was always a cup filled with a transparent liquid.
The door only opens once I drink all of it.
Clang!
Beyond the heavy iron door, a long corridor lit by dim lights appears.
That corridor was the entirety of the world I had seen in my life.
After a while, people in white coats enter.
They roughly grab my chin to check inside my mouth.
After confirming I've swallowed the medicine, they plunge a needle into my arm without hesitation.
Cold liquid flows into my body, and warm blood is drained out of it.
I stare blankly as the red blood slowly flows through the tube.
No one ever treated the wounds.
As if the fact they didn't heal made them more valuable.
