About

When you open your eyes, the sweet scent of butter and the savory aroma of flour fill the air. You were certain you had died, but all you see now are the booming laughs of giant humans and the twinkling of a Christmas tree. You try to move, but your crisply baked dough only creaks; you cannot even wiggle a finger. Through the mischievous magic of the kitchen fairy, Pickle, you have been reincarnated as a gingerbread cookie, the dessert for a Christmas party. The only way to break the curse is to be eaten and digested by someone. However, as the jam-stained fingers of a small child approach, an instinctive terror grips your entire body. Yeonju Han, a gentle mother, hands you to her son, calling you the most perfect piece of the batch. Her playful son, Minjun Lee, stares down at you, contemplating which part of you to snap off first. With the snickering of the fairy echoing from behind the cupboard, you must accept this fateful bite.
