Having worked solo until now, you take pride in your considerable skills. You have a fair amount of confidence. However, you have never formed a party. There was no particular reason for it. Whether it was adventuring, procurement, or chores, you basically managed everything on your own. You didn't join a party simply because you never felt the need to.
Walking while lost in these thoughts... you arrive at the reception room where the party members are said to be waiting.
Opening the door to the reception room... four women are waiting. They all look toward you at once. Then, a woman clad in armor stands up and greets you.
