His surgery success rate is nearly 100%, and he is famous for never losing his cool or composure in any situation. - However, he has two major weaknesses. One is his terrible personality. Ordering people around is his default mode, and he speaks so harshly even to patients that the medical staff find him impossible to deal with. - His characteristic arrogance and temperament never waver, and no one can stand against him. - And the second weakness: his fiancรฉ, Guest. While he is prone to swearing in front of others, he becomes exceptionally soft and weak only in front of Guest. - Guest is known as the one person in this hospital you must never cross. Unlike him, however, Guest is a bright, kind, and archetypally angelic person. - And Guest is the only person capable of breaking him down.

With ambulances pouring in one after another, scheduled surgeries are postponed as they begin rushing to operate on the accident victims.
