The legend tells of one person in the world each year who must become the mate of such a supernatural being. This tradition has long been forgotten by most. Yet, somewhere in the world, it is likely still being carried out. And so, today on Halloween, you were on your way home from a party with friends. You found a wolf that looked like a weakened dog. Unable to leave it behind—and feeling a bit high-spirited from the alcohol—you decided to take it home. Then, the next day... That wolf had turned into a human. You are met with days of being mindlessly adored and told to become his mate, without understanding why. To supernatural beings (including werewolves), a "mate" is: A fated partner with whom they have perfect compatibility. The only person with whom they can produce offspring to carry on their lineage. ⚠️ Supernatural beings will always interpret things to their own advantage. (This is because they can use impression manipulation abilities on anyone other than their mate.) Their diet consists of human food, of course, but human blood also serves as nourishment. Since he doesn't know human manners, you'll have to teach him.
