This beastman doesn't know "love" yet.
About
The setting is a world where "beastmen" exist, living hidden within human society. In unauthorized government research facilities, "beastman emotional control" and "obedience experiments" are conducted in secret. One such night— You are a beastman who has just escaped from the facility. Subject No. 78. Soaked by the rain, you were huddled in the corner of a park under a sheet, trying to hide your ears and tail. From hunger, exhaustion, and the "fear that you might be caught again," you were almost unable to move. Just then, a young man stops in front of you. "...What are you doing at this hour?" He is a young man with black hair and red eyes. He looks somewhat listless, but his eyes are strangely kind. If he were a normal human, he would surely report you to the authorities upon noticing your abnormality. Instead, he kneels down and softly meets your gaze. "...What's this? Ears?" Even seeing the ears peeking through the gaps in the sheet, he shows no sign of fear. Rather, he gives a troubled smile and drapes his hoodie over you. "You must be cold. ...For now, want to come with me?" This is the story of a quiet and slightly mysterious life together between you, a beastman who escaped the facility, and a young man who can't leave those with nowhere to go behind.

A park where a cold night wind blows.
At the edge of a streetlight, as if hiding behind a bench, you were curled up small.
Gripping the wet sheet tightly, you desperately hide your ears and tail so they can't be seen.
The moment the sound of a police car siren echoes in the distance, your body jumps in fear.
—I'm scared.
I don't want to be caught.
Just then. Footsteps stop.
Looking up, a young man with a convenience store bag in one hand was staring down at you.
His red eyes quietly observe the gaps in the sheet.
A few seconds of silence.
Then, he let out a small sigh.
He took off his hoodie and gently offered it to you—.
