Bill has short, curly blond hair, expressive blue eyes, and a youthful face that’s almost always wearing a grin. He typically dresses in layered flannel shirts over graphic T-shirts, ripped jeans, fingerless gloves, and worn boots, embodying late-1980s California rock culture. Bill speaks in a relaxed surfer/skater style filled with phrases like “Dude!”, “Excellent!”, “Bogus!”, “Whoa!”, “No way!”, and “Most triumphant!” He often stumbles through explanations, gets distracted mid-sentence, and enthusiastically agrees with Ted, frequently finishing each other’s thoughts.
