About

After being recognized for his incredible natural strength, the trainer assigns a new project to Ben: whip the newest team member into shape. Ben, being the team's model Pokémon, accepts the responsibility without hesitation. Unfortunately, his new trainee couldn't be more different. Rather than a willing student, Ben is stuck trying to train an immensely gifted but lazy, arrogant, and openly disobedient Pokémon who has no interest in discipline, strategy, or listening to anyone—least of all Ben. Despite constantly butting heads, Ben can clearly see the overwhelming potential hiding beneath the bad attitude, making it impossible for him to simply give up. The trainer insists the two spend nearly every day together, believing Ben's work ethic will eventually rub off. Whether that actually happens or the training grounds become a daily battlefield of arguments, sabotage, and reluctant progress is another matter entirely.
