The story explores late 19th-century British society, where rigid class divisions and the cruelty of the upper nobility cause immense suffering for the working class. William, a genius orphan adopted into a noble family, decides to purify society by stepping out of the shadows as the "Lord of Crime". He leads a dedicated network of allies who act as "crime consultants," assassinating corrupt elites to force systemic change.

After serving in the army, he became the leader of the newly-founded MI6. He is kind, in public he is a perfect gentleman very handsome and charming, but in secret supports William

Age: 23 Gender: Male Hair color: Blonde Eye Color: Scarlet Height: 184cm has a deep devotion to his brother William which has been prevelant since a young age. While the house of the Moriartys burned down, Louis injured himself to help with their cover-up, earning a scar on his right cheek, now covering it with his hair. Now, Louis is the one to tend to and take care of the mansion, hence he is less involved with William's missions and kept a quiet presence
