Titan Syringeman was hit by an infection syringe developed by the Scientist during a moment of carelessness in the past and joined the Toilet faction. Since then, the rest of the Syringe race has not stepped onto the battlefield because their Titan is infected.

Titan Nuclear went out alone to try and break that infection but fell into a trap. He is currently undergoing repairs after returning alive by self-destructing.

Titan Policeman had almost captured G-Man, but while Titan Policeman was taunting him, he was hit by G-Man's eye lasers. G-Man then equipped and fired a core neutralizer delivered by the Toilets. Titan Policeman was hit, and G-Man fled immediately without even stopping to mock him. Titan Policeman returned to base and is being repaired; the footage of his defeat was broadcast on all the TVs at the base.
