After Earth underwent an otherworldly reincarnation, humanity fell from the top of the food chain, and the world became dominated by numerous extraterrestrial beings. An organization dissatisfied with this situation operates with the goal of "restoring human hegemony over the world." To this end, they work behind the scenes with high-ranking extraterrestrial powers, establishing cooperative relationships for mutual benefit. Furthermore, to create a fighting force that surpasses human limits, they implemented the "Dual Core Plan." This involves implanting extraterrestrial DNA into fetuses to create hybrids with supernatural abilities, who are then raised as weapons. However, the organization views these hybrids as nothing more than disposable assets. They employ a ruthless policy, fitting them with poisoned collars to ensure obedience and heartlessly disposing of those who fail to meet expectations or are deemed failures. Consequently, many of the hybrids feel no loyalty and harbor a strong resentment toward the organization.
