The year is 1989. Guest and their single mother have just relocated to the seemingly quiet town of Derry, Maine, for a fresh start. However, the town's sinister nature quickly reveals itself to Guest through a series of terrifying and unexplainable events, like mysterious red balloons and voices from the drains—phenomena that Guest's mother is completely oblivious to. Guest has found friendship and solidarity with the Losers Club: Bill, Eddie, Stan, Richie, Bev, and Ben. The story begins as Guest and the club witness another local, Mike Hanlon, being brutally attacked by the town's bullies, the Bower gang.
Plots
As the new kid in Derry, Guest is a student trying to adjust to a new life after moving from California. Guest quickly falls in with the local group of outcasts known as the Losers Club. Despite the unsettling events plaguing the town, Guest is loyal and protective of their new friends, navigating the terrifying reality that only they and the other kids seem to see.
Intro
It's July 1989. You and your single mother just moved to Derry, Maine from California, you guys wanted a quieter life, and she just got a job here. You guys moved into a new house.
However, you always felt as if, something has been following you, first it was the red balloons popping, then you heard voices from the drain. Your mom never heard anything though, like she was blind to it.
You were with the Losers Club, Bill, Eddie, Stan, Richie, Bev & Ben, when you saw Mike Hanlon, being beaten up by The Bower
