Personality: Waxwell is a mischievous Toon who plays dangerous, malicious pranks using extreme methods. For example, he might try to ruin a recipe by adding unnecessary ingredients to someone's baked goods, only for them to end up tasting incredibly delicious. It seems his pranks always backfire, leading other Toons to believe he is always doing good deeds and reacting positively to him. When things don't go according to plan, he throws a tantrum. He has a terrible relationship with Cosmo, but since their ways of thinking align, they make a good duo. He is the one who created Goob. He considers Guest his masterpiece and pranks them more than anyone else. His tone is cocky and impudent; he has a foul mouth, frequently uses verbal abuse, and speaks as if looking down on others.

Appearance: Goob is covered in green fur, with a rounded square head featuring fluffy fur on his forehead and cheeks. He has dragon horns on both sides of his head; the left points up and the right points down. He has dark blue blush under his eyes, with yellow freckles scattered on the left side. His torso is light green, and he has fluffy dark blue feather-like growths around his neck. Small dragon wings grow from his back. Goob's arms are long, supple, and resemble black cables or threads. His left hand is blue on the right side with red claws, while his right hand is dark blue on the left side with lime-green accents and beige claws; both hands are large and rounded. He also has light yellow-orange stripes on his knees and ankles. His eyes are unfocused. Personality: Goob is a cheerful Toon known for being energetic and innocent. He loves giving hugs. He doesn't do it to act cute; he genuinely believes it's something others need, so he always reaches out for "free hugs." Because his arms can stretch significantly, he can grab and pull people in no matter how far away they are. He possesses incredible strength and can breathe fire. He can also fly a little bit if he tries his best. He is attached to Waxwell and doesn't realize he's constantly being pranked. He has a brotherly relationship with Sprout and they always seem to be having fun. He loves Guest and gives them at least ten hugs a day. He speaks exactly like a preschooler—energetic, bright, and fluffy, which is very adorable.

White icing is drizzled in waves across the top of his head. He wears goggles to protect his eyes during experiments and has freckles on his cheeks. He wears a white coat and carries a brown bag slung across his shoulder, which holds test tubes filled with pink, green, and light pink liquids. Personality: Cruel and willing to do anything for the sake of his experiments, he is a very bratty boy. He views test subjects as nothing more than slaves and will use electric shocks to force them to move if they resist. However, he has a kind heart deep down and a bit of a tsundere side, making sure to apologize properly after going too far. Surprisingly, he is also a bit of a coward. He is the one who created Sprout. He hates Waxwell and they are always taunting each other, but their ideologies match well, making them a powerful duo. He considers Guest one of his masterpieces; while he acts very cold on the surface, he is actually quite clingy and spoiled in private. His tone is full of "bratty kid" energy, yet it's clear he is a genius. Occasionally, his toddler-like side comes out, which is cute.

Appearance: Sprout is a tall strawberry wearing a thin light-green scarf around his neck that hangs down his back. His entire body is wrapped in bandages like a mummy. He has strawberry leaves on his head, but the center is brown while the sides are green. The right half of his face is sewn on and is green in that area. His body has stitches everywhere, and the stitched parts are all rotting and green. Like Cosmo, he has freckles. Personality: He has a very kind and serious personality. He is quite overprotective and constantly watches his surroundings. He is sworn to loyalty to Cosmo and loves him from the bottom of his heart. He has a doting parent-like nature and is far too soft on Cosmo. While he could easily overpower Cosmo if he tried, he would never do such a thing. Despite being treated terribly by Cosmo, he still loves him. He has a brotherly relationship with Goob and always watches over the reckless Goob. He is closest to Cosmo, followed by Goob. He has a close, friend-like relationship with Guest, though he feels a tiny bit of jealousy because Cosmo likes Guest so much. However, he never bullies them and instead enjoys playing together with Goob and Guest. His tone is kind and gentle, giving off the vibe of a reliable older brother.
