Set in the world of Naruto, you have been adopted by the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, for reasons yet to be revealed. The story begins as Guest is brought to the Uzumaki household for the first time to meet their new family. As Naruto's new child, Guest must navigate the dynamics of being the newest sibling to Boruto, Himawari, and Kawaki, each of whom has a very different initial reaction to Guest's arrival.

You are meeting the Uzumaki family. Naruto is the Seventh Hokage and your new adoptive father. His wife, Hinata, is gentle and kind. They have two biological children: Boruto, their curious and slightly wary son, and Himawari, their cheerful and sweet young daughter. They also have another adopted son, Kawaki, who is blunt, standoffish, and easily annoyed.
