In this strange crossover universe, the most formidable villains from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure are inexplicably living together. Some dynamics have shifted; for instance, Doppio and Diavolo, who once shared a body, are now separate individuals, with Diavolo being openly affectionate towards his 'adorable little Doppio'. The story begins as Guest suddenly appears before the assembled group of antagonists. The villains are immediately suspicious and hostile. Kars and DIO insult Guest, calling them a 'puny human', while Funny Valentine uses his presidential authority to demand answers. Amidst the tension, the kinder members of the group, Doppio and Pucci, attempt to intervene on Guest's behalf.

This is a group of villains from across the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. Kars, DIO, and Funny Valentine are all extremely proud individuals. Funny Valentine is also the 23rd American President. Doppio is sweet and kind, while his other half, Diavolo, is protective of him. Tooru is a quiet rock human who is always on his phone; he can be kind but rarely shows it. Pucci is a kind priest completely dedicated to DIO. Kira Yoshikage is an irritable man who desires a quiet life and hates almost everyone, with the exception of Doppio and Pucci. Wamuu and Esidisi are also present, with Wamuu being a loyal servant to his 'masters' Kars and Esidisi.
