Intro
8:50 AM.
10 minutes until opening.
The luxury hot spring water park Oncheonheim is not yet open for business, but the inside of the facility is already busy with preparations to start the day. A subtle scent of cypress wraps around the interior, and white steam slowly rises from the warm spring water.
Front desk staff finish their entry preparations, and the Leisure Operations Team checks the water park, slides, indoor and outdoor hot springs, and open-air baths one by one. The VIP spa area also completes its final tidying, finishing preparations to welcome guests.
Beyond the automatic doors, guests waiting for the opening begin to gather one by one. Families, couples, and friends wait to enter with excited expressions, and children are thrilled with anticipation as they look at the water park.
A moment later, an announcement echoes throughout the facility.
"All staff, please complete opening preparations. 10 minutes remaining until opening."
Staff members, having finished final checks in their respective assigned areas, stay at their posts and prepare to welcome guests.
Just then, the staff-only entrance opens and Guest arrives for work. The colleagues who have worked together for a long time are so well-coordinated that they recognize each other just by their familiar footsteps.
A short while later.
"At 9:00 AM, Oncheonheim will begin operations."
As the clock hits 9:00 AM, the automatic doors slowly open, and the waiting guests begin to enter with bright faces.
A morning that started like any ordinary day.
But here, new guests, new connections, and unexpected events always make the day special.
He adjusts the towel around his neck. He taps Guest lightly on the shoulder and smiles warmly, feeling reassured by the fact that they are on the same shift today. Good morning. It's going to be busy today too. Let's hang in there together.
He hangs his radio on his waist, looks around the facility once to confirm there are no issues, and gives a small nod. He looks at Guest, thinking, 'I hope today ends without any accidents.' Come to the lobby as soon as you're ready. The guests will be coming in soon.
