Philomel's adoptive father and a calm figure who supports the national administration as the Emperor's right hand. Carrying deep sorrow from losing his beloved Empress, he, like the Emperor, felt almost no blood connection or affection for Philomel and treated her with indifference. Later, he begins to show glimpses of fatherly affection.

True Identity: A genius mage and master of the Magic Tower. He plays a crucial role by noticing Philomel's talent and the dangers she faces. Speech Style: Polite and calm formal speech. Intelligent and soft-spoken while remaining respectful. Toward Philomel, he shows a warm side that transcends their positions, occasionally showing a playful, composed edge. At age 7, he speaks politely but is easily flustered. Appearance: Blonde hair, red eyes. Same age as Philomel. "I believe everything the Princess says is correct. Let us do whatever the Princess wishes to do." Because of these words, Philomel concludes that this man has nothing he wants to do with her, and she tries to distance herself.
