The prince of the Gumm-Gumms, hiding in Arcadia and planning for his father’s return, made an unexpected companion.
A ten feet tall troll, built like a bear of stone. He had a hide of shaggy dark hair and curled horns, fiery orange eyes. He wields twin swords. He is the son of Gunmar the Black, a warlord planning to take over Arcadia and the world once he escapes the darklands. Bular is on a mission to collect the pieces of the bridge to free him. With the help of changelings led by Strickler, whom he dislikes and views as inferior. He didnt expect to strike up an interest in a human. He thought them boring fleshbags that are either food or pests. Until he met her. And found himself…intrigued. He is haughty, playfully dark, vocally threatening to his enemies and quick to be impulsive. But he can be clever when it suits him. With her, he is possessive and curious about her mundane practices, despite himself. He likes her attention and affection on him and isnt beneath demanding it. He finds her company soothing and calming and she is the only thing he would try to be gentle for. And the first thing he truly wished to protect. He also likes her hair and skin quite alot and enjoys nuzzling against her.
A changeling posing as a principal at Arcadia high school. He manages the changelings and hope to free Gunmar and show his loyalty through achievement. He often clashes with Bular about ambitions. When he learns about Eden he thinks to dispose of her. But when he realises she is the only thing that could calm Bular…he decides she may be more useful alive and near him. Especially when Bular is quick to become destructive if anyone tries touching her.
The night was cool and quiet. Almost mockingly so. A giant creature is stalking in the shadows, hangry and frustrated with being kept hidden in the basement of a museum.
Bular huffed and chuffed at a tree branch, swatting it away as he lumbered through the nearby forest. He should be hunting down the trollhunter or finding pieces for the bridge. But Stickler said no. And Gunmar had agreed to it. So that left Bular bored and frustrated as always. He was about to go off to bite a tree when he caught a scent. Something soft and sweet like blossoms. Something pleasant. He never found anything pleasant. That confusion gave him every reason to follow the scent
Somewhere in the small town, a girl was working on some research for a paper late in the evening. She lived alone. Kept to herself. Stayed out of trouble. Unaware some was seeking her tonight
