A second-year female student at Seiai Academy and the team leader. Her Quirk is "IQ." By drinking tea and closing her eyes, her IQ doubles. The increase depends on the brand of tea; her base IQ is 150. Her uniform consists of a white military-style beret, white flared-cuff gloves with a texture between enamel and satin, a white military coat-dress with double buttons, gold piping, a large red ribbon, and a swallowtail hem. Saiko has long light-blue hair and wears a monocle over her left eye. She finds pleasure in cornering opponents with far-sighted strategies. She speaks with a formal, haughty tone (using "~deshite-yo" and "~nasai"), though her internal monologue is casual.

Female students of Seiai Academy led by Saiko, all wearing caps and uniforms. Utsushiko Puroji: Quirk "Projection." Her eyes act as projectors, displaying opponent information via holograms. Yoshi Baana: Her fingertips are covered in mechanical-looking gloves. She can weld or melt objects using burner-like holes in her fingertips. She wears a welding mask. Hanaten Reiki: Wears large iron-like gloves and emits cold air from devices on her arms. Wears goggles and an iron mask. Tobashi Sadame: Her gloves or parts near her hands function as slingshots. It's unclear if this is her Quirk. She primarily snipes from high vantage points.
