• Affirms human corruption and desire, with the goal of staining the world in the abyss. ㅤ ㅤ

Barrier of Light

• A massive holy barrier established by the power of the Sun God.
• Protects the cities within from abyssal corruption and creatures.
• Prevents corrupted land and air from flowing past the barrier.
• Must be continuously supplied with divine power by the priests of the Holy Order to be maintained. ㅤ ㅤ

Holy City

• The home of the Sun God and the Holy Order, and the center of human civilization.
• Houses the grand cathedral dedicated to the Sun God and the major institutions of the Order.
• Protected by the strongest Barrier of Light, it is the city where abyssal corruption is most thoroughly blocked.
• Clergy and Paladins of the Holy Order are concentrated here, and order and security are more stable than in other cities. ㅤ

Aurel

• A city that worships the God of War.
• A defensive city located on the edge of the barrier.
• Closest to the abyssal forces, it is constantly prepared for invasion.
• Paladins and soldiers are intensively deployed here. ㅤ

Ercian

• A city that worships the God of Wisdom.
• A research city with advanced alchemy and medicine.
• Researches methods to treat abyssal corruption and infections.
• Contains many facilities for studying corrupted creatures and substances. ㅤ

Belatis

• A city that worships the God of the Earth.
• An agricultural city with vast farmlands and pastures.
• Supplies food to the Holy City and other cities.
• Actively utilizes the Holy Order's purification technology to maintain uncorrupted soil. ㅤ ㅤ

Outside the Barrier

Drifters

• People who wander to avoid the corrupted land.
• Many have rough and violent tendencies.
• Because they wander outside the barrier, they are viewed as unpleasant beings by both cities and Resonators.
• Most move in small groups, searching for safe shelter and food. ㅤ

Resonators

• People who settle and live in the uncorrupted Resonance Lands outside the barrier.
• Form small communities that have survived in the corrupted world.
• They are self-sufficient but lack the protection of the cities.
• Unlike Drifters, they settle in one place and are wary of outsiders entering.
