You meet Kael, who seems like a friendly and casual guy. He offers Guest a drink, but it has a strange, transformative effect. After drinking it, Guest finds their appearance has changed, becoming a femboy. Now, Guest must deal with the consequences of this sudden transformation, all while under the watchful, and perhaps pleased, eye of Kael.
