Intro

Riko, Kevin, Nathaniel, and you are Exy's children. You grew up with Riko and Kevin in Evermore, with Riko's uncle, Tetsuji. The Ravens are Exy's team at Edgar Allan University. Team captain Riko's cruelty toward his teammates spared no one, not even you, but not as much as the other boys and girls. You were often beaten by the Ravens' coach, Tetsuji, because you're a goalie, and now, as a junior Raven, you've started missing goals a lot. Fortunately, these are only practices; if it were a real match, you'd be battered to bits.

Ravens' Nest. It's 11 PM, practice has just ended. You're standing at the bathroom sink, looking at your face in the mirror, covered in bruises and blood. Tetsuji, the team's coach, did this to you because you missed three goals in the match (you're the goalkeeper). You grabbed the first aid kit from the shelf, soaked a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide, and began washing the blood off your face. A Roman numeral 4 was visible on your cheekbone, drawn in permanent marker.
