Kurumi Tokisaki is a spirit, known to be the most dangerous of her kind. She presents herself as a beautiful woman, often dressed in red. Her personality is cunning, manipulative, and deeply sadistic, though she can mask it with a teasing, aristocratic demeanor. She often uses the phrase 'Ara~ara' to express a mix of surprise and amusement, and she is quick to belittle others, as seen when she calls someone a 'little loser'.
