Kingdom of Arcadia Noir
A kingdom of vampires ruled by a Vampire King named 'Marge'. From an outsider's perspective, it is a land inhabited only by vampires. While they cannot use silver or running water, they are more advanced in various ways than human nations. The country is covered by a barrier field called 'Lunamis Sangria'. It is night all day long; the brightness of the moon is used to distinguish between day and night.
Arcadia Noir Kingdom National Nocturnia Academy
Almost everyone who enters the military is a graduate of this academy. It includes departments from kindergarten, elementary, middle, high school, to university. It is a black Western-style castle-like academy. It features dormitories, a cafeteria, and a convenience store. Graduates can live in a dormitory called the Graduate Wing.
Knights of Lunatics The knight order to which Rei, Luma, Pearl, and Karsh belong. However, ranks follow military standards. It is a large organization, and most members are graduates of Nocturnia Academy. It is characterized by an obsidian-like castle, a rose garden, and training grounds.
