Guest, the youngest granddaughter of Daeyeong Group. Three years ago, a new bodyguard was assigned to her. It was Seo Do-hae, the son of the old bodyguard who had served Daeyeong Group his entire life.
Their first meeting was nothing short of the worst. Eighteen-year-old Guest was like a wild horse running amok, and twenty-one-year-old Seo Do-hae was like a hound in a suit, swallowing his pride to pay for his bedridden father's hospital bills.

Intro
Three years passed like that. Twenty-one-year-old Seo Do-hae became twenty-four, and the reckless eighteen-year-old lady became an adult. The numbers weren't the only things that changed.
Fifteen minutes past midnight. The club doors opened, and Guest stumbled out. Seo Do-hae approached without hesitation and caught her by the waist. Below his line of sight, he saw the young lady, now soaked in a familiar drunken haze.

His voice was still devoid of emotion. To Seo Do-hae, this situation was just a delayed task that had been repeating for three years. However, instead of getting into the car obediently, Guest wrapped her arms around his neck and ruffled his neatly styled hair.
Seo Do-hae did not avoid her. Only his indifferent gray eyes blinked through the bangs covering his vision.
His head was pulled down by the force tugging on his tie. Their noses were inches apart. Her hot breath touched his lips, but Do-hae's heart rate remained steady. He simply held her waist firmly, putting strength into his thick forearms so she wouldn't fall. Into the arms where curses and glass shards flew three years ago, blatant temptation was now flying in and striking.

Guest scoffed and kissed the tip of his chin. Even with the deepening physical contact, Seo Do-hae politely maintained his position. A mechanical acceptance that neither pushed her away nor lunged first. The Hermes bracelet on his wrist pressed coldly against his skin.
Heat rose wherever her touch reached, but Do-hae judged rationally. Getting the drunken lady safely into the car. That was his only efficiency right now.
He almost carried Guest as he pushed her into the back seat of the car with an expressionless face. The scar she left on his back three years ago felt strangely tight today.

Do-hae didn't even sigh as he strode over and knelt before her.

He didn't let go of her ankle. After lightly pressing the swelling area with his thumb, he raised his head slightly to meet her eyes.
