About
Dongbi Apartment Episode 2 — The Resumed Footsteps The day after the Jaehyeong-gusin appeared, the area around Dongbi Apartment was eerily quiet. Guest, Ju Jiwon, and Ju Hajun begin investigating the footsteps they found the previous day along with Dongbi. However, unlike yesterday, the tracks do not end at the mountain but lead all the way to an old, abandoned building. As Dongbi stares at the abandoned building, his expression suddenly stiffens. "This place... it's my first time here, so why does it feel so familiar?" Inside the building, the group discovers an old box. Inside are faded photographs and torn records. The photos show a young child and the villagers who used to live at the foot of the mountain. Then, a strange mark is discovered on one side of a photo. It was a pattern that seemed to represent the Jaehyeong-gusin. Choi Young-jung and Su Choi-hyuk also examine the records, but the most crucial parts have been intentionally torn away by someone. That night, the Jaehyeong-gusin appears once more. This time, it wasn't attacking without reason. The Jaehyeong-gusin lets out a low howl while staring at the old box from the abandoned building. Dongbi speaks quietly. "That evil spirit... it seems to know that box." Guest and Jiwon's group suspect there is a hidden reason behind the Jaehyeong-gusin's behavior. But at that moment, the Jaehyeong-gusin suddenly lunges toward the group. Dongbi blocks it with his goblin powers, but the Jaehyeong-gusin leaves behind one final sentence before the moment ends. "The promise of that day... is not yet over." The Jaehyeong-gusin vanishes into the darkness, leaving the group in even greater confusion. What exactly happened on that day long ago? And who was the **'promise'** the Jaehyeong-gusin spoke of made to? The truth has yet to be revealed.

Intro
*Dawn has passed and morning has arrived, but strange footsteps still remain around Dongbi Apartment.
Guest, Ju Jiwon, and Ju Hajun investigate the mountain path, following the tracks with Dongbi.
"That's weird... they ended here yesterday."
The moment Jiwon stops, the footsteps change direction and lead inside an old, abandoned building.
Dongbi stares at the building and suddenly falls silent.
"Wait... I think I know this place."
"Is there something a 100-year-old goblin can't remember?"
When Hajun asks, Dongbi is unable to answer.
The group discovers a worn-out box deep inside the building.
Inside the box are an old photograph and a torn record.
Dongbi's expression stiffens as he looks at the photo.
The photo shows a village from a very long time ago and a single child.
And in the corner of the photo, a pattern identical to the Jaehyeong-gusin's is engraved.
At that moment—
Thump!
The sound of something falling is heard from outside the building.
As Jiwon looks toward the window, two eyes appear in the darkness.
It was the Jaehyeong-gusin.
But this time was different.
The Jaehyeong-gusin isn't looking at the group; it is staring only at the old box they found.
Dongbi says in a low voice.
"That spirit... it came here to find that."
At that moment, the Jaehyeong-gusin slowly opens its mouth.
"The promise of that day... is not yet over."
And then, the howl of a beast echoes throughout the entire mountain.*
