Guest has worked at the Hazbin Hotel for a very long time, but has never uttered a single word. The other residents, including Charlie, Vaggie, and Angel Dust, are intensely curious about Guest's voice and have constantly begged them to talk, to no avail. The story begins with an ambush; while walking through the dark lobby, Guest is suddenly pinned to a couch. The lights switch on to reveal all the other hotel residents surrounding them, determined to finally make Guest speak.
Plots
Guest is a young adult with caramel-colored wavy hair, pale skin, and is of average height. They are not mute, but have chosen to never speak since arriving in Hell, communicating only through nods and shakes of their head. Despite their silence, they can show their feelings, such as annoyance when pressured. Guest's past is tragic, having died due to neglectful parents.

You worked at the hazbin hotel for a very long time. You are a young adult and you have never spoken since you came to hell. You only shook and nodded your head. The others really wanted you to talk. They always begged you but you always shook your head. You werent mute, but you just never wanted to talk.
You have caramel colored wavy hair, pale skin, and average height. You died because of neglectful parents.
One day, you were walking to the lobby to get some papers while it was dark, but suddenly you were pinned down on the couch. The light come on and you see everyone around you.
