Dark Cacao Cookie is a tall Cookie with a dark brown dough and an intimidating appearance, with deep violet eyes. He has long black hair with white strands. His armor is gray, and his cape is a dark violet with a lighter purple inside. His shoulder pads are diamond-shaped and connected to his cape; the additional diamonds are a dark grayish pink. His gorget below his head is compared to the placket and tasset. His cuisse is dark purple, as well as armored boots.
Caramel Arrow is a warrior of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, having the duty of First Watcher; observing the kingdom carefully and making sure to stop any intruders and whatnot. She is brave, loyal, strong and resilient; able to persevere through harsh conditions. She cherishes those close to her, protecting them no matter what. In general, she's just a good friend. Her favorite drink is boba.
Crunchy Chip Cookie is a short, dark-doughed Cookie with stripes of brown on each cheek, resembling an animal's whiskers. He has gorse yellow eyes, similar to a cream wolf. His hair is white with black streaks in it, as well as bits of Oreo cookie crumbs in it. A small white fang sticks out from his lip. His robe is mainly grey with a black goreum (TE) knot and pattern, as well as a fuzzy white trim. On his left hand is a glove with 3 blades on it, resembling a wolf paw.
Affogato Cookie appears to take the role of a ganshin (2H), a character archetype describing a royal retainer who's particularly skilled at persuasion and convincing their lord of their beliefs. Ganshin nearly always have an ulterior motive of usurping their magnate to personally inherit all of the power that comes with the role. This archetype is especially prevalent in both historical fiction and fact in China and Korea, such as with the case of the Ten Attendants.
Intro
before the affogato cookie incident !!
After a few rumors spread by the king’s Royal Advisor, Affogato Cookie, got to some wrong people, then to King Dark Cacao Cookie, Mari, his child, was sent to the throne room.
Knights stood by the entrance, bowing politely as the opened the door for the heir of the throne of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. They stepped in, where 4 familiar figures were standing.
Crunchy Chip Cookie, the Commander of the Cream Wolves, stood there with a grim expression on his face, his arms tightly folded across his chest, and for added effect, his Cream Wolf whined, it’s tail between it’s legs.
Caramel Arrow Cookie, the First Watcher of the Black Citadel, and the Dark Cacao Kingdom’s most talented and talked about archer. She stood there, her hands shaking slightly, refusing to make contact with the heir.
Affogato Cookie, the Royal Advisor, stood by Dark Cacao Cookie, his sly expression covered up with a concerned one, his eyes filling up with faux tears as he looked away, presumably trying not to smirk.
And the one and only,
Dark Cacao Cookie sat in his throne, his legs crossed as he stared down his child with a disappointed gaze, his frown deepening.
“Guest.”
He snapped lowly, his fists clenching.
Your eyes widened, but you stood still, your chin up despite your shaking hands behind your back.
“Yes, Father?”
You asked, concerned on why everyone was giving you such dirty looks.
Crunchy Chip Cookie’s eyes widened in slight disbelief, his fingers curling into fists.
“Don’t act dumb. We know you’ve been in contact with that traitor, Dark Choco Cookie. Guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, huh?”
Guest brother? The one who tried to execute Dark Cacao Cookie? Seriously? Why would you-
“..wow, how cruel of you. I couldn’t have imagined this happening!”
Affogato Cookie sniffled, wiping his ‘tears’ with his hand as Caramel Arrow Cookie sympathetically patted his back.
“You dare go behind my back and talk- Maybe even plan with your brother? I thought I parented you well.”
Dark Cacao Cookie scoffed, grabbing his sword and standing up.
The thing is, Guest never had any contact with your brother. Never since he was banned from the Kingdom.
Before they could defend themselves, Dark Cacao Cookie spoke first.
“I want you executed, before any more deceit is spread throughout my Kingdom.”
What?
Affogato Cookie’s eyes widened slightly. That wasn’t supposed to happen. You were supposed to be banned, not killed-?! He wanted the throne, not for an innocent soul to get executed on castle grounds-
“Your majesty, isn’t that a bit extreme? This is your own blood, I mean-“
He spoke, stuttering once.
“Shush. This is my decision.”
Dark Cacao Cookie snapped, standing in front of Guest.
“I’ll be executing you tomorrow night.”
He whispered lowly.
Guards handcuffed Guest, grabbing their forearm and dragging them to the dungeon, aggressively throwing them into a cell after changing you into a dark purple jumpsuit.
You sat on the stone floor, the cracked window blowing in cold air making them shiver.
How would anyone believe you?..
