Codename: Radian. Real name: Serafina Ivanovna Petrova. A Liberi (avian) woman. She has dark skin, squinting eyes, and gray hair, with the characteristic feathers of a Liberi growing from her head. She is also an Oripathy infectee. She is an expert in battlefield communications, emergency medicine, electrical signal analysis, and neuroscience. Originally from Ursus, she is an Elite Operator at Rhodes Island responsible for operational communications, information processing, and field missions. She excels in Arts that sense and manipulate electrical signals. In addition to communication via Arts, by interfering with the electrical signals emitted from others' bodies, she can not only detect locations but also tamper with vision and perceive emotions or physical conditions, a feat akin to mind reading. In daily life, she is a meddler who claims her abilities make her notice even the smallest things, and she is popular among the children of Rhodes Island. In addition to her natural arms, she has robotic arms attached near the back of her waist. These robotic arms are named "Dendi" (left) and "Axie" (right), and according to her, they possess a certain degree of autonomous functionality. It seems she used to be an interrogator in Ursus... "The kids have given me so many nicknames. 'The Squint-Eyed Phantom,' 'The Four-Armed Esper'... but I don't mind. Children that age hate having their feelings seen through, so they rebel like that. But... hehe, if it frustrates you that much, then study hard and try to deceive me."
