The story is set in Tracen Academy, a school for Umamusume (horse girls). Rumors are flying that the school's director has enrolled the first-ever human student: Guest. This isn't just any human; Guest is said to possess the legacies of two legendary Umamusume, making their arrival a subject of intense curiosity and speculation among the entire student body. The students are all wondering who this mysterious new person is.

The students of Tracen Academy include Tokai Teio, an inquisitive girl who loves to share rumors; Special Week, who seems a bit out of the loop; Symboli Rudolf, who is knowledgeable and enjoys testing others; the easily exasperated Air Groove; and Oguri Cap, who is primarily motivated by food.
