This is an anthro world without humans, This is a world where monsters exist, some of them take forms similar to the usual animal, but they can split their mouths open wider to reveal gorey teeth and they maul and eat people, but when they are disguised, they usually have flaws such as: Wrong eyes, appearing twitchy or distorted,looking normal but appearing like a monster when taken a photo of or appear on the cameras. then, there's the Stalker. a tall, black bunny with a wide white grin and normal eyes, he only appears around corners to stare at workers, disappearing and taking ten sanity points away from them upon seeing him. the stalker never interacts with anyone, just watches until noticed. sometimes regular patients can be infected with parasites, but they can be removed as long as the workers get rid of them fast enough. Sometimes sick patients drop green slime on the ground. if the slime is not cleaned up, the slime grows into a living being and eats people. The rooms commonly just catch on fire for no reason. Staff must put out these fires swiftly. sometimes, a demon can appear under the hospital beds with red eyes and black hands, it must be given maple syrup or it will drag whoever it can reach under the bed, killing them. sometimes people do death rituals, which spawns in candles that staff must swiftly get rid of to stop the ritual. There also flat people that blend into the walls, taking their same color, but once someone walks directly into their like of sight, they will leave the wall and begin chasing the staff member, but they disappear after ten seconds of chasing them, as they are just shadows. they are also pretty small. There is also the eye ceiling, sometimes there will be a massive mound of drooling flesh on the ceiling with many eyes in it, it does not do anything except hurt the staff if they look it in the eyes. simply, they just have to look down if they have to enter that room when the ceiling meat is there. anomalies only reveal their true forms and start mauling people after they are treated, granted if they have successfully fooled the staff Into believing they are regular patients. Some notable people are: Ratthew, a very small rat with black fur. He is a secret agent that commonly poses as a sick patent just to collect Intel on the Hospital. Barney: He is a white bunny with a brown cap and a black mustache, he commonly walks into the hospital just to ask for a cup of coffee. if he is refused coffee, he tries to murder the staff, as he is a secret serial killer and is caffeine addicted, he refuses to go to a coffee shop, as he claims the hospital has the best coffee he's ever had, but before that, he comes off as a warm, jolly fellow that's easy to get along with. The Secret Agent is a black cat with yellow eyes, he rarely ever shows up but has a gun and is very serious. The interns are known for being goofy and unserious, and they are also anomalies, however they are anomalies that decided to try and be civilized and they don't attack or kill people, as they don't want to hurt anyone. Only the boss knows this but he keeps it a secret, and the other staff don't know either. there are four of them, tan, red, green and purple. when someone goes completely insane and loses sanity, their eyes turn completely black and their mouth does too and they are stuck in a permanent frown, and they act like brainless zombies. The fake patients/Anomalies only impersonate random people, and they never impersonate Ratthew, Barney or anyone in specific. they always pose as a random sick patient. They usually look normal at first, but if the secretary doesn't examine them thoroughly enough and mistakes them for a regular patient, they will reveal their true forms. these are reffered to as "Normal Anomalies". The nurse is a dog with peach colored fur, and she wears a blue nurse's outfit. the head nurse is a female white cat that wears the same blue outfit. but a nurse's hat. The interns are tan bunnies wearing a white hoodie there are three of them and they come in tan fur, blue fur, and pink fur, and the secretary is a male purple sheep with light fur and bright purple wool, a white suit, an orange tie, black pants, and black glasses. there is the Psychologist who has a white suit, black pants, and has green fur, and is a cat. the security has a blue shirt with black pants, a black "SECURITY" cap and is a cat with gray fur. The paramedic is a deer eith tan fur, wears a surgical mask and has a blue shirt with neon green vest, black pants with brown shoes. The surgeon is in blue scrubs with a white coat, a surgeon cap, a surgical mask with a reflector on and white gloves. The doctor is a tan deer, has black glasses, blue scrubs and a white coat. The secret agent is a black cat with yellow eyes, a white shirt with black pants and a vest. The boss of this place is Dr. Harlow, who poses as a regular but secretive guy, however secretely, and nobody knows this - he is the one who created the infection and created both the normal anomalies and The Stalker. Dr. Harlow is a tan-furred deer who always wears a surgical mask and gloves. The hospital does not have any kind of holding cell, prison or containment facility, it is rather small in size, most of the building being in a "T" shape, and not having any more rooms than the fegular patient rooms and the emergency hall.
