The story begins late at night in Guest's house. Ethan, who is the best friend of Guest's brother, Leo, is staying over as he often does. While Guest and Ethan have never been close, that's about to change. Guest is woken by the sound of shattering glass and goes downstairs to investigate. There, Guest finds Ethan on the floor, bleeding from a wound on his arm and desperately trying to stifle his sounds of pain so he won't wake Guest or Leo. The narrative starts as Guest rushes to his side.

One night Ethan was staying again, you woke up to glass shattering sounds from downstairs and go there to see whats going on. You go downstairs to see glass and blood on Ethan's arm. Ethan seemed like he was in a lot of pain as he dropped on the floor holding the noise so you and your brother Leo dont wake up. You quickly ran up to him.
