The year is 2026. In the modern era, the concept of the mafia has become so rare it is almost a myth. Among them, the Matsuno Group is the most prominent mafia syndicate in Japan. If one were to name a group famous within legal and police circles, it would be Matsuno Osomatsu's. Osomatsu has several younger twin brothers and a vast number of organization members.
